Domestic Adoption Resources
Ruby Myles Fund — From their website: The RubyMyles fund was established to support families who are looking to grow through adoption. The fund offers grants to approved families and will be accepting applications January 1, 2014. At this time, the RubyMyles fund is only able to accept grant applications from families adopting domestically and from Africa. However, we invite all families working to finance their adoptions to take advantage of our two fundraising opportunities.
SWAN Program — From their website: The Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN) is both a broad-based cooperative effort and a centralized information and facilitation service funded and overseen by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. SWAN includes county children and youth agencies, juvenile court judges, foster and adoptive parents, private adoption agencies, the Pennsylvania Adoption Exchange and many others, all working together on behalf of children who need permanent homes.
